This role is open to someone who drives for best practice, someone who will think out of the box to accommodate the system-provided solution and can influence others on this best practice.

You will be included in the Application Support Team ensuring the security, support and guidance of the business who can also take those issues to the next level alongside the Application Support Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure that all helpdesk calls are responded to within SLA’s.
  • Escalate and co-ordinate with ERP support partner when required
  • Perform on-site or remote analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex ERP faults and issues reported by SME’s & End Users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions. Where necessary, escalate calls to the Application Support Manager.
  • Root Case Analysis of raised issues recommending config or process changes through to completion.
  • Pro-active investigations where ERP can improve the business
  • Co-ordinate, track, report & implement PU updates to the ERP System.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Proven knowledge and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Preferably have experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer/vendor relationship skills (internal and External)
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges
