Learner Mentor (Maternity Cover)

£21,298 - £23,275 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As part of the Fresh Start provision, you will provide students in the 14-16 department with high levels of support taking on an active role in the achievement of learners. Tracking and monitoring attendance and supporting students pastorally and academically to achieve their full potential. 

You will have proven experience in supporting learners and the ability to manage challenging behaviour and have proven communication skills. 

Fixed term period of maternity cover up to maximum of 1 year or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
