Role: Head of Quality
Location: Mirfield (WF14 0DQ)
Salary: £44,000/pa, plus a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays)
Hours: Full-time (hybrid working options available)

At Hollybank, we support adults, young people, and children with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. We provide support for education, enrichment, and day to day living as well as on-site nursing support where needed.  

Our Quality Assurance team led by the Head of Quality are at the centre of ensuring we provide an excellent level of support for the people we care for, as well as maintaining a high level of compliance in all areas across the Trust.  

Key aims of the role:

  • To be the lead person for quality across Hollybank Trust.
  • To lead and manage a small Quality team to support the Executive Team, Senior Managers and the Management Team to drive service improvement and deliver compliance.
  • To draw on previous experience in health and social care or education and deliver solutions through creative and innovative methods.
  • To contribute proactively to the development of the whole Trust strategy as a member of the SMT.
  • To specifically represent and provide consistent Senior leadership around Quality Assurance, Data Protection and Service Improvement issues accurately and effectively.
  • To act as role model of the culture, values and leadership style at Hollybank, working with a positive and solutions focused approach.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to maximise your involvement with other teams.
