Restaurant Manager - Sky Garden Bars

Sky Garden opens bright and early, welcoming visitors with breakfast, coffee and yoga. Throughout the day, up to 6,000 guests soak up the views with drinks and snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air.

As Bars Restaurant Manager, you’ll report to our GM and work closely with the Floor and Lounge Managers. You’ll oversee the day to day management of the 2 areas - ensuring that our 60-strong team deliver the highest level of service day in day out.

You’ll need have proven yourself in a team leadership role within a busy restaurant, bar, hotel or similar venue. The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, hands-on and tenacious – we’re a seriously busy venue and the role is not for everyone.
