St Mungo’s is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for people who have lived experience of homelessness, drug and / or alcohol, mental health, criminal justice and recovery services.
We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Administration Assistant to work within our Property Services Team based at out head office, Tower Hill. The purpose of the role is to support services to provide the highest standard of accommodation to clients accessing our services. The apprentice will help the Property Services Team to deliver essential support in the fast paced environment of property services, helping to facilitate the smooth running of the service.
As the Apprentice, you will learn the skills needed to provide effective customer care as a first point of contact for St. Mungo’s clients and tenants, supported housing services, Private Rented Scheme (PRS) landlords and partners.
We are looking for motivational, positive and passionate role models who will inspire and provide support to and work alongside our property services team, service managers and contractors.
St Mungo's Apprenticeship Scheme offers 15 months paid work, a comprehensive training programme and the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
There will also be on the job learning and shadowing staff and other teams to observe how they support service-users to achieve their goals. You will be required to attend formal learning whilst working towards the qualification.
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
