We’re Hollybank, a School and Residential Care Service based in West Yorkshire. We provide a range of care and support services for children, young people, and adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, or any formal qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Senior Night Support Worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. These are:

The duties are varied, and no two nights will ever be the same. Our adults, young people and children are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, to give you a general idea, your duties will include supporting with personal care needs, supporting with eating and drinking, and ensuring the safety of the individuals and service overnight. You will also be involved in the supervision and training of Night Support Workers. All of our night staff work alternate weekends, and all of our shifts are waking nights.
