Milton Keynes College have an exciting new role for an Operations Director to work across Prison Services and the wider College.
As an Operations Director, you will lead, inspire and challenge staff, to ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of education contracts through effective control and operational grip. You will develop strong working partnerships both internally and externally, with a range of agencies including the Ministry of Justice and HM Prison and Probation Service. You will also work with senior leaders to bid for, secure and deliver future education contracts.
We are seeking an innovative individual who has substantial proven contract management experience. You will have experience managing multi-million-pound budgets effectively and efficiently; with the ability to co-ordinate a diverse range of large scale projects simultaneously and deliver a first class service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
