 Wayland Academy is seeking an inspiring, innovative and dedicated Assistant Principal to join our team; a leader who shares our belief that all pupils have the right to succeed and have access to the very best education. 

Wayland Academy is a successful 11-16 Academy located in the pleasant town of Watton. Knowing every individual student is at the heart of what we do because our job is to support and encourage them as they grow up during their learning journey at Wayland Academy Norfolk.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to changing lives and outcomes for young people.  You should come with an existing track record of effectiveness but be keen to develop further as a member of the senior leadership team.
