Could you be the next member of our growing team?

The Trustees and Governors of St Clements Hill Primary Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in our Year 1 Class. We're ideally looking for someone with experience of supporting children with additional and complex needs but if you think you have the right skill set for this role please contact us.

Personal qualities are of paramount importance, and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability. The ability to work independently and as part of our team is essential. Working as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant is a great opportunity to work closely with pupils who have some difficulty in accessing the curriculum.

St Clements Hill Primary Academy opened in September 2018. We are a growing primary school that initially opened with a Reception Class; these children are now Y2 meaning we will reach capacity in 2024.

As part of the Boudica Schools Trust you will be included in a family of Academies who put the needs of children at the forefront of their education. The academy ethos of ‘Here, Children Thrive’ is reflected amongst all staff and all our staff work collaboratively to support children’s emotional, physical and academic development.
