We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Programme Manager, Schools, to project manage the development of a new site-based handling resource, which aims to support the delivery of the Design & Technology (Textiles) and Art & Design (Textiles) curricula to secondary school students.

The V&A Learning Department has received funding from the Arts and Humanities Research Council to develop the resource, in partnership with King’s College London, the School for Historical Dress and Langley Academy. This funding aims to extend the research of the Early Modern Dress and Textiles network to a broader audience.

We are looking for an efficient and engaging individual with museum learning, resource writing and project management experience and a passion for design and the V&A, to deliver this project as part of the V&A’s Schools, Families and Young People’s Learning Team.
