Leamington Primary and Nursery Academy is looking to appoint an Inclusion Leader to work as part of the senior leadership team to provide high quality, supportive, engaging practice for the pupils in our school. We are looking for an experienced teacher and school leader, with a track record oof success in supporting SEND. This is a non-class-based role, dedicated to providing support and advice to staff, pupils and families. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children.

As Inclusion leader you will form part of the Senior Leadership team, and oversee the capacity of our highly skilled Inclusion team.

Your core duties will be:
•    Working as part of the leadership team as part of the strategic vision for the school.
•    Leading SEND across the school.
•    Leading attendance and behaviour in school.
•    Working with outside agencies to support pupils in school.
•    Applying for funding to support pupil need across school, including EHCP applications.
•    Supporting staff in providing quality provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
