Hopkinson House Hostel:
Hopkinson House is a 36 bed hostel in the heart of Westminster that provides a holistic suite of support to men and women with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs. We work with some of the most challenging people in the UK and every day can present new experiences.  Many of our customers will have been through the cycle of homelessness multiple times, so patience, flexibility and an unquenchable can-do attitude are all a must in a successful candidate.

Edward Alsop Court: 
Edward Alsop Court is a physiologically informed supported accommodation service in the borough of Westminster. The service supports men with a history of homelessness of present  with a range of  support needs including: physical health, mobility , alcohol dependency, substance misuse, mental health and care needs who require on site support to stabilise, and engage with treatment services before moving on to greater independence. The service has 79 bed spaces, with capacity for 50 males over 50 years of age with high/complex needs and 29 self catering rooms for males over 35 years of age with low to medium support needs.

Joe Richards House:
Joe Richards House, a purpose-built 42-bed hostel on Queens Road, Peckham, is designed to meet the immediate and longer term needs of men and women who are homeless and may have extensive additional needs including mental health, substance misuse and physical health. Customers vary greatly in age and background, with many coming from marginalised groups. The service uses a core and cluster model: 29 of the rooms are bedsits with ensuites and kitchenette facilities, and 13 are assessment rooms. The hostel is staffed 24/7 with waking night and concierge cover during the evenings/ night . We  works in partnership with on-site alcohol and drug services called CGL, community nurse etc. All our referral are sourced through Southwark Housing special needs resettlement unit and SPOT team.

David Barker House/ Manor Place:
David Barker House and Manor Place Hostel are part of the complex needs services for the homeless with secondary needs in Southwark. They offer 24 hours support, 7 days of the week. Male customers are supported in David Barker House, with a capacity of 45 bed spaces plus an emergency room with 2 extra bed spaces. Men are aged between 18 and 60 years old and present all type of support needs from mental health issues to ex-offending and substance misuse. All of them have a history of homelessness or are rough sleeping prior to moving in. Female customers are supported in Manor Place with a capacity of 35 bed spaces for women presenting mental health, substance misuse, ex-offending, domestic violence issues and other support needs. Women in the hostel are extremely vulnerable and have a history of life difficulties including homelessness.

Lambeth Vulnerable Adults:
Lambeth Vulnerable Adults provides short-term supported accommodation for vulnerable adults, including single homeless people (and those with offending backgrounds and/or substance misuse needs), rough sleepers and refugees. 105 customers living in 19 properties receive low-to-medium level support through a floating support model, with higher needs customers accommodated in the service hub (staff on site). Referrals come from Lambeth Assessment Centre and the borough's Pathway Manager.

The Coninghams:
The Coninghams is a 31-bed service for single homeless men and women who have links within the borough. It acts as the assessment centre for customers entering supported housing with complex needs ranging from mild learning difficulties, chaotic substance user, mental health, offending behaviour etc The objective of the Assessment Centre role is to work with the individual and ensure that the foundations around basic living skills are in place in preparation for the move into longer term Supported Housing.   Accommodation consists of five self-contained units and 26 ensuite bedrooms, with shared kitchen facilities. The scheme has 24-hour staffing, with waking night and concierge cover during the evenings. 

Cromwell Road:
Cromwell Road is a 54-bed hostel for adult men who are street homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. As a medium-high level service addressing a range of complex needs - including substance misuse and mental health - it supports customers with issues such as life skills, health, training and employment, developing their ability to maintain tenancy and live independently in the community. The hostel is staffed 24/7 and works in partnership with on-site alcohol and drug services.

RBCK Complex Needs Service:
RBKC Complex Needs Service comprises of two 24 hour supported hostels, three supported housing projects and a small network of visiting support accommodation. Accommodating up to 136 residents who present with multiple and/or complex needs and have history or are at risk of homelessness, the service aims to deliver a holistic package of support to develop independent living skills whilst working in partnership with key service providers to address issues including but not exclusive to: substance misuse, mental health,  offending behaviour, risk of abuse, domestic violence, tenancy sustainment. Staff work together across all sites to ensure to ensure a consistent and high standard of support is maintained throughout the service.
