We’re looking for a Head Chef to join the team at CODA which we run in partnership with the legendary Michelin chef Eric Chavot.
Eric brings his gastronomic expertise to Coda with a menu of seasonal dishes inspired by his love of traditional French cooking. You’ll head up a team of 6, and work under Eric’s direction. You’ll have the support of our brilliant Executive Chef, Scott Stokes, to support you in your role.
The ideal Chef will be at least Senior Sous level and have previous experience within a quality operation, whether in a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel. We have an excellent track record of developing and promoting from within – career development is readily available for those who seek it.
