Project Support Co-ordinator/Executive Assistant (Fixed Term)
£21,298 - £23,275 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Executive Admin Project Support for the Group Deputy Principal of Chichester College Group.
You will be working with a vibrant and dynamic team supporting the Group Deputy Principal in her wider group role as well as her role as Principal of Brinsbury College. Duties include carrying out a range of projects to support and co-ordinate merger work, personal assistant, managing and supporting calendars, supporting College and Group events, dealing with stakeholders and producing a range of statistical and analytical information.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools is essential, as are strong customer service skills. Working with others in a team is also very important.
This post is fixed term for 1 year.
