There is currently an opportunity for a Complaints & FOI Officer to join the London Borough of Barnet’s Family Services on a fixed term basis - up to 12 months maternity cover.

This varied and interesting role will see you take the lead on processing complaints and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests for the service and ensuring they are responded to in a timely fashion. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues throughout the service, as well as reporting regularly to senior managers.
