£21,544 - £24,135 per annum (pro-rata)
At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and housing association our clients are at the heart of what we do. We provide a bed and support to more than 2,700 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
Real Lettings are a social enterprise within St Mungo’s. We work closely with a social investment fund on an innovative model, supplying private rented accommodation across London and various other areas in the U.K.
We currently have around 600 properties, housing over 1400 adults and children. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team, with a sole focus on social impact.
The role will be office based and involves a lot of telephone communication with tenants, however, there may also a need for face to face meetings at times. To be successful, you will ideally have experience of working in a customer service environment and possess strong administration skills. The ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in a friendly and professional manner are essential.
In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development
If you believe that you have what we are looking for, and have an interest in working for a charity which makes a real difference to the lives of people who are homeless, we would love to hear from you.
