The Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial leads all marketing activity for the V&A’s consumer-facing, commercial strategy, designed to increase revenue through marketing campaigns and channels. Working closely with colleagues across the V&A this role is tasked with developing and implementing a coordinated marketing strategy for V&A Retail, Publishing, and V&A Academy.
The primary focus for the role is acquisition and retention of customers for the V&A’s online and in person commercial offer in South Kensington – at a strategic and implementation level. The Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial will also advise colleagues on best practice for digital marketing campaigns and work closely with the Audience Engagement team on targeted and personalised marketing, cross-selling and retention strategies.
