The Director’s Assistant and Office Manager is the first point of contact for the Director, V&A Theatre Collections, and other department staff.
S/he is responsible for the efficient running of the office which includes providing effective and comprehensive administrative support for the Director and other Theatre & Performance staff, and managing office systems and equipment that are shared by all staff.
The Theatre & Performance collection operates across two London sites, with staff working at both. The V&A Theatre and Performance collections store is currently undergoing a major relocation to a new base in Stratford, East London, and the post-holder will be involved in administrative tasks relating to this exciting and challenging project.
