<u>Job Purpose</u>

As a HR Business Partner you will support both the day-to-day operations of our Vegetarian site providing advice and expertise to over 200 employees, communicating with colleagues at all levels, including the site management team. As the HR Business Partner you will be accountable for partnering with key departments within the business, including talent acquisition and the recruitment processes. You will also support a broad range of HR related activities covering the employee lifecycle including, employee relations, absence management, performance management, training & development, health & safety, and payroll.

<u>What it takes</u>

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a degree in a business-related subject and two years relevant HR experience. The successful candidate will have A minimum of 2 years of general HR experience, CIPD Membership preferred, up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations.  Be results and delivery orientated and have experience working in a fast moving, highly pressurised environment. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and be able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met
