The successful candidate will join a year group team who plan and work closely together. This helps provide a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The successful candidate will:

- Have high aspirations of children’s learning and behaviour.
- Have a commitment to making inclusion a reality in their classroom.
- Be able to plan engaging lessons which meet the needs of all learners.
- Have an understanding of the KS2 curriculum and the high expectations needed.
- Be able to establish good relationships with children and staff..
- Be professional in conduct.
