Senior Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine

Wild ink is a beautiful Asian inspired restaurant and bar located in New York’s Hudson Yards. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team.

The concept is inspired by the travels of a chef and the idea that with each new country they visit, a new idea for a dish is born. The food at Wild ink is a true celebration of global flavors.

The ideal person will will have gained previous working knowledge within a similar upscale restaurant environment serving high quality Asian fusion food. Knowledge of Asian cuisines and techniques plus knowledge of the NYC dining scene is essential. Experience managing a team and basic commercial skills are a must.
