We’re looking for a Product Specialist to progress their career in our Product team. You'll be responsible for driving forward with our various roadmap commitments, while improving the user experience of our platform.

We are a marketing technology platform working with top online B2C brands across retail, travel and financial services. We are privately owned and have circa 100 employees. Here's a taste of some of the things you will be doing in this role:

• User story mapping – clearly articulation of required tasks, activity or function we’re trying to develop and supporting a clear vision of the goal throughout the development lifecycle
• Task creation – making sure that wider topics/objectives are broken down into smaller sub-tasks that a developer can begin working on immediately, ensuring that the result will meet user requirements and enhance user experience of the platform
• Authoring/supporting with a wide range of documentation such as User Guides, Guru Cards, Help Centre Articles, Project updates etc
• End of task testing and acceptance – using your Product knowledge to ensure that developments have delivered with the desired functionality and will improve user experience
• Roadmap Maintenance – support with the administration of our Monday.com roadmap and related backlogs, project plans etc
• Production support
• Other adhoc duties such as user permission requests, support with reporting, facilitating sessions etc
• Stakeholder management across the business, providing a visible and helpful presence on behalf of the wider Product Team
