A new Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) has been implemented as a strategic project within the V&A. The key objectives of this project are to implement efficient and integrated systems and processes across a number of divisions and departments of the organisation. Now this project is complete, the overall CRM strategy for V&A is being implemented, and a small team of staff are required to support the new strategy. The Systems Analyst role will be key to the implementation of initiatives throughout the organisation that have been identified as part of this strategy.

The purpose of the Systems Analyst role is to work with stakeholders within the organisation to identify, capture, analyse and communicate CRM requirements. The Systems Analyst will then translate these requirements into well designed processes and associated technical solutions. Key elements of this job are as follows:Ensure the business benefits identified in the CRM business case are delivered. Encourage continuous improvement and efficiency identification with relevant stakeholders across the organisation as part of the CRM strategic objectives.
  • Working across Museum departments, this role will identify, capture, analyse and communicate requirements to translate into well designed technical solutions to support the Museum’s CRM strategy.
  • Maintain a wide overall view of the Museum’s systems and CRM strategy and act as a bridge between technical and business interests.
  • Work with technology partners to provide innovative solutions using existing technologies for delivery of business requirements.
  • Deliver maximum effectiveness and efficiency from existing CRM platforms in line with CRM strategy.
This is a fixed term position, covering a period of maternity leave until February 2020.
