The Routes Home Service aims to rapidly intervene to prevent and support non-UK nationals from sleeping rough. Routes Home is a brand new service set up to ensure as many non-UK national rough sleepers as possible receive a rapid response, a full assessment of their needs and an offer of help to move away from rough sleeping. We believe that rough sleeping is harmful and dangerous and are committed to ensuring that no one need sleep rough in London.
We are looking for exceptional individual who wants to be part of this ground-breaking project. As an Assessment & Reconnection Worker you will provide support, advice and interventions to help end rough sleeping for non-UK nationals. You do not need to have direct experience in this area of work; we are looking for individuals who are dynamic and creative with excellent communication and negotiating skills, the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and have the ability and commitment to helping vulnerable people make positive changes in their lives.
