22 Bishopsgate is a new type of workplace designed specifically to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.

Occupying the communal spaces across the 2ndfloor of 22 Bishopsgate, RHC manages The Market. This space includes a restaurant and adjoining terrace, a modern wine bar, two cafés, as well as a selection of food and drink offerings in street-food style kiosks. The 450-cover space will also house an events and cultural area supporting a dynamic programme of talks, music and private events.

We are looking for a talented Pastry Senior Chef de Partie to join our pastry team. The Senior Chef de Partie will be preparing all the sweet offer here at 22 Bishopsgate, from the wonderful pastry available at Blend Café, to delicious desserts in our Restaurant and Events. And will have the opportunity to come up with new ideas to fight waste! – like our mouth melting banana bread, made from overripe bananas.

We are looking for a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie with great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink are essential. You’ll have the support of a superb Executive and Head Chef too.
