The Fife service is now seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to fill the above post. The post holder’s primary responsibility will be to carry a caseload of mediation cases involving disputes between neighbours. Provide practical and emotional support to individuals suffering from hate incidents and anti-social behaviour.  Applicants will need excellent communication skills, be flexible and imaginative in their approach and sensitive and confident in their ability to help clients steer their way through difficult situations.

This role is advertised at 30 hours per week. 

Previous mediation or similar experience would be highly desirable for this position.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car satisfying the appropriate insurance requirements.

Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is a requirement for the post.
