Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative – Multi-site
40 hours/week, £8.50-£9.00 per hour (dependant on experience) + expenses

Internal repair and refurbishment work based in Lincoln.

St Philips Care a progressive and supportive care company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated general maintenance operative to work in residential Care Homes. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be required to carry out internal refurbishments and repair work in our many care homes to a professional standard. You will be based around Lincoln but will be required to travel and stay out overnight if required at a home further away.

This post requires an enhanced DBS to be undertaken and full DVLC and access to a vehicle.

This post can start immediately.

The successful candidate will:

• Be self-motivated
• Be able to work as part of a team using their own initiative
• Have full backing of the estates managing team to complete their work effectively

The successful applicant will have experience in some or all of the following:

• Tiling
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• Plastering
• Kitchen fitting
• Bathroom fitting

Desirable:

• Have experience in level access wet rooms
