Based in a small individual giving team, this exciting role will suit a real people person, comfortable with donors and great at conveying the importance of our work with passion and credibility.

You will be responsible for reviewing and delivering a high value donor stewardship strategy to significantly increase the volume, loyalty, engagement and income from our high value donors within our existing individual giving programme (cash and committed giving). You will also lead relationships with high value donors, ensuring they receive appropriate and where possible, more personalised communications and engagement opportunities, as part of our wider direct marketing activity.

In return, you will get regular opportunities to see our charity's work in action, meet clients we support, and be part of a motivated fundraising and communications department. With your help, we will be able to nurture and grow the income from our high value donors (£250 - £4,999pa) to help fund our charity’s vital work with people experiencing homelessness across the UK

To succeed, you will be an effective project manager, capable of juggling a busy and varied workload, with great attention to detail. You may have had experience of running events, account management and report writing. You will also need to be a great communicator, team player and proactive networker.

At St Mungo’s we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and flexible working to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development.
