About the role The College Support Team (CST) provide administrative support to the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and the College curriculum areas. The postholder will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to both CST and the wider College community. The role is extremely varied with plenty of opportunities to get involved with different departments and College activities and as such does require a strong element of flexibility. The role will also require the postholder to provide some support to the SLT Personal Assistants (PAs), therefore an interest in developing your skills in that area would be advantageous.
Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including working from home. We are open to discussing possibilities for flexible working and encourage you to talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need. We can’t promise to give you exactly what you want, but we will explore what’s possible for the role.
About the Person We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, and well-organised individual to provide administrative support to the College Support Team (CST) and wider college community. You will join a highly collaborative team led by the CST Team Leader. You will be helpful, proactive and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will possess excellent organisational and time-management skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. You will have a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and be able to work flexibly and effectively across a busy team.

1. The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act The College is exempt from the provisions of the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974, by virtue of the fact that postholders have access to children and young people, and to vulnerable adults.
