8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet, tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality… and we’re looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team.

8 Bishopsgate features an array of food outlets - a tenants-only Restaurant on level 26; Executive dining on level 50; corporate meeting rooms throughout; two café bars AND an extraordinary auditorium for up to 200 guests.

In addition, we will bring our signature creativity to spectacular events within the building – many to be held at the very top of the building on L50.

The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in events in a quality hotel kitchen, or experienec in a top-end B&I contract catering operation will be a plus, and will have great presence, personality, communication skills but above all, a love of food and drink.
 

You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef, Allan Picket, to help you on your way.
