Strode's College have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic candidate to join our Adult Education department as a Sessional Lecturer in ICT.

The Role and You

As a Sessional Lecturer in ICT, you will deliver high quality teaching, academic and pastoral support to enable our students to reach their full potential on the ICT Functional Skills course.

Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.

You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice.

A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction - giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.

You will possess an appropriate degree or equivalent and an endorsed teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards this and a professional qualification in Information and Technology.
