Salary Year 1: £7,040 per annum

Year 2: National Minimum Wage in line with age

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, fixed term contract for two years

(Included within the 37 hours is a specific framework/training process for successful candidates to adhere to)


This apprenticeship will be an excellent start for someone looking to gain a grounding in professional administration support work.

The Executive Support Team takes pride in providing a highly responsive support, customer service and planning service for the Executive Team. Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to the Executive Team and Governing Body, we ensure internal and external deadlines are met, support internal communications, provide reports and research and support the leadership team to deliver the College’s strategic objectives.

As a member of this team, you would follow a development programme which would give you a broad range of experience over the period of your apprenticeship.

The skills and experience you will acquire are also applicable to a range of administrative support roles in other sectors.

To apply, you should currently have GCSE, A* - C in English and Maths (or equivalent), a willingness to gain an NVQ Level 2 in Administration qualification and to undertake the Level 2 apprenticeship/framework training.
