Lloyd Motors Ltd are acquiring Kia, Morecambe and are recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager to be a part of the existing sales team based in Morecambe.

Lloyd Motor Group currently has 6 BMW and MINI retailers as well as operating 8 franchise retailers representing brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Kia, Honda Motorcycles and Motorrad, and 5 state of the art Bodyshops.
As a Retail Sales Manager, the main objectives of your role are, but not limited to: -
- Maximise the dealer's profitability through the sale of vehicles, Insurance products and accessories.
- Complete the sales process in a manner that is consistent with the integrity of Lloyd Motor Group and Kia customer service.
- Ensure that Finance and Insurance sales comply with FCA legal and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver results that meet, and wherever possible, exceeds agreed budgets.
- Manage the Sales Team in order to maximize productivity and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
- Work effectively with other departments to establish best practice and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service.
The ideal Retail Sales Manager will hold the following skills and experiences: -
- FCA Accredited
- Commercial awareness and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate the sales team
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
The hours of work are 45 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary with an OTE up to £52,000 per annum.
