Progression Advisor
37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year, paid for 44.5 weeks to include holiday entitlement and pro rata entitlement for Bank Holidays.
Pro rata of £21,087 - £23,045 per annum. i.e. (£18,045.60 - £19,721.20)
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, team player to join our established Progression Plus Team. You will be working as part of the team that support our students’ progression into higher education, apprenticeships or full-time work as well as their options for continuing their current education. You will have excellent communication skills and a track record of building relationships at all levels with students, management and businesses.
You will have experience of liaising with both employers, education establishments and young people. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks whilst meeting deadlines and targets.
You will support the wider Student Services team with activities that promote the Group and support the learner journey.
