Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Create and maintain robust processes between Apollo UK (AUK) and Apollo Beijing (AB) relating to forecast, build plan requirements and KPIs.
  • Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels for sub-contracted & factored goods in line with departmental Kanban and safety levels.
  • Produce monthly metrics for factored goods around forecast accuracy, inventory levels, build plan fulfilment and others as required.
  • Support the monthly forecasting process.
  • Support and provide information into the Sales Integration & Operational Planning process (SI&OP)
  • Follow and maintain documented departmental procedures. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, updating procedures as appropriate.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy in line with departmental policy.
  • Achieve and maintain OTIF on factored goods.
  • Support planning function.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Able to recognise trends in products and translate this into recommended actions.
  • Experience of working in high volume manufacturing.
  • Able to present complex data sets in a way which makes them easy to understand.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain using ERP applications.
  • Keen to challenge existing process and procedures in pursuit of improvement.
  • Able to understand how actions affect the wider picture, and uncover root cause to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Experience of working within international supply chain and materials management processes.
