You’ll be responsible for:

  • Understand and follow agreed client processes with NPD and amends projects.
  • Quality and consistency across categories and brand – driven through targeting right first time, pre-artwork meetings, quality DHO’s, GMG review
  • Support our off shore teams by double checking briefs and ensuring they are easy to follow.
  • When briefing artwork amendment rounds back in to the business, ensure that any unclear comments are resolved before allowing them to proceed back in to production.
  • Understand the basics in all major printing processes and reprographics e.g. colour management.
  • Ability to build amends projects on ODIN. Ensure data integrity for all projects. Be able to drive reports from internal tools and work the system on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that you are fully up to date on key functionality and ‘tricks and tips’ on the tools used in the Client Service arena such as ODIN/Sunrise, GEL, SIGMA and another relevant application
  • Where and when required, brief work in to the studio via ODIN/Sunrise. Ensure artwork briefs are clear and concise and ensure all elements required are in place prior to briefing the work in.
  • Ensure daily delivery updates are given to your onsite teams. Report by exception on lines which will not be delivered.
  • Work closely with your relevant production team/brand exec to ensure all key projects and priority lines are fully understood.
  • Demonstrate a ‘one team’ approach ensure a fully open and trusted approach with your production team.
  • Display true ownership of projects assigned to you. Do what is needed to ensure key dates are met. FTP dates should be understood and not missed.
  • Hold weekly update meeting with your onsite contact at which you will take them through all live work and demonstrate a clear understanding of all line status’s and any current challenges.
  • Ability to plan and fully understand workload on a short-medium-long term basis.
  • Pre-empt issues through effective planning.
  • Negotiate timings on priority lines with Production team leaders to ensure FTP dates are not missed.
  • Where dates are in danger through lack of engagement ensure this is escalated through to your Senior Account Manager or relevant contact.
  • As the project owner ensure all stakeholders in the process are fully aware of all key dates within the artwork and repro window. Follow through with each stake holder to ensure they meet their required demands.


Qualifications / Experience

  • Graduate with 1 years minimum relevant marketing or graphics experience OR 3 years minimum relevant marketing or graphics
  • Exposure to high profile clients / FMCG brands would be an advantage
  • Client facing experience preferable
  • Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
