Our Project Sixty Five in Ealing, is a purpose built 24 bed hostel, for men and women aged 18 to 60. We are currently looking to recruit two highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join the service.

As a Project worker, you will be involved in undertaking key working activities such as referrals/interviews/booking in clients and housing management activities such as finances, resettlement, health and wellbeing.  You will assist our clients to develop and care for themselves by providing advice and guidance on personal development and relevant life skills.

You will also be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners and will be responsible for supporting the working shift pattern of the hostel, whilst holding a case load of clients from the hostel.

To succeed, you will either have personal experience of homelessness or a sound understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people. You should also possess good interpersonal and listening skills; in order to be able to establish an effective working relationship with clients and an eagerness to learn and work with clients in a holistic and client-centred approach. Good numeracy, IT and written communication skills are also required.

Flexibility is required, as you will be working a shift rota.
