During the current, national restrictions, we will need you to deliver a full service on site. We will be following social distancing rules and providing PPE, where applicable, during this time.
We will tailor an induction to enable you to join the organisation and settle in during these extraordinary times.
We ensure that we remain connected during this period and you will check in with your manager and co-workers regularly.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can deliver a general maintenance service within our supported housing schemes.
You will be responsible for a range of hands on tasks which may include but is not limited to painting and decorating, upkeep of fixtures and fittings; unblocking sinks and boarding up of windows. You will also be responsible for bin collection and recycling arrangements.
You will have a proven track record of working on your own initiative and forging great working relationships. You will also have a broad awareness of Health and Safety compliance.
You must (if needed with reasonable adjustments) be able to travel between various properties.

A portable DBS would be advantageous.
