We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Verdi Italian Kitchen at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, a retail outlet and 147 hospitality boxes.
Verdi Italian Kitchen is a destination dining spot, open all day to ticket holders as well as the general public. We offer a fantastic menu which covers a range of Italian dishes such as pasta and some of the best sourdough pizza in London!
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with proven experience in quality, fast paced Italian cuisine restaurants. Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
