The Trust engages and inspires people  to make their difference tackling the nature and climate crisis helping protect, restore and create our vital woods and trees. 

 

THE ROLE

The Support Services team at the Woodland Trust play a unique role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining a high standard of data administration.

You will help provide service provision to our supporters, the general public and our internal staff members. You will help manage supporter queries and requests through a variety of communication methods, dealing with orders, donations and fulfilment generated by our supporters and the public.

 

THE CANDIDATE

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience of working within a customer service, data entry and/or administration role. With excellent attention to detail, you will be extremely organised with the ability to manage your time effectively.

It is essential that you will be IT literate with experience of using MS Office
