The V&A is seeking to appoint a strategic, proactive and commercially-minded Senior Audience Engagement Manager to champion customer-centric marketing across the V&A, and build and lead a new cross-departmental team.
This senior role will be the V&A’s expert on data-led customer marketing and communications, driving innovation, optimizing customer journeys, and growing consumer engagement and revenue. The post holder will shape and lead a multi-site audience engagement strategy across the V&A’s family of sites in South Kensington, the transformation of the V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green, and the development and opening of two new V&A sites on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for 2023.
This new role and team form a key part of the V&A’s Marketing department, tasked with building the V&A’s global brand and audiences; integrating marketing, insight and engagement; and promoting the V&A’s world-renowned exhibition programme, range of activities and collections, from Christian Dior to Alice in Wonderland, Cars to Kimono, photography to ceramics.
