£18,544 per annum plus a shift allowance of 12% of annual salary (£2,225.28) per annum

We wish to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join the Premises team at Worthing College. This varied and hands on role will involve key holding, opening and closing college buildings, and maintaining the College facilities and estate to a high standard.

Knowledge and previous experience to a Level 2 standard in a trade is essential to this post. You will be able to demonstrate customer relationship skills through experience. You will be flexible in your approach, have strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A full UK driving licence is essential and a willingness to travel to other CCG sites if required.
