The Role

The post holder will effectively lead and manage the quality assurance and enhancement activities within our Business Development Unit - direct delivery, subcontract and partnership provision. Supporting curriculum areas and external partners, ensuring compliance and co-operation between them and providing direction, support and guidance on quality assessment and verification matters, you will actively review, monitor and continuously improve the processes involved in the customer journey.

The Person

With significant experience of quality, performance and compliance gained within an educational and/or employer responsive environment, the ability to use a range of performance monitoring systems and tools and an in-depth understanding of lesson observations and assessments, you will also have considerable knowledge of the EV/IV Process.

An accomplished people manager with strong organisational, project management and stakeholder engagement skills you will also be:

  • Educated to an appropriate level in a relevant discipline.
  • Able to collate, analyse and interpret complex data
  • Committed to educational excellence
  • Able to communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders.

Salary Scale: PO3 £36,566 - £39641
