Milton Keynes College are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Resourcer to join their Recruitment Team.  

As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer for Campus supply recruitment, you will support the Senior Recruitment Resourcer in sourcing flexible teaching staff to work directly for the college.

This varied role where no two days are ever the same. The ideal applicant would be someone who enjoys seeing a process through from start to finish, providing excellent customer service and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of teaching positions as well as business partner positions within areas such as marketing, finance and HR. You will have the ability to multi-task alongside building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to understand the specific requirements of a role to help find the very best talent.

Someone with existing resourcing experience or office administration would be ideal but not essential.

Location: Milton Keynes College
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Salary: Circa £18,000

As a successful candidate, you will have…

  • Previous experience of working within an office environment
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience of following administration processes from start to finish
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confidence in providing advice and all round customer service to management
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for supporting the Senior Recruitment Resourcer in finding flexible staff for MK College
  • Source and manage direct candidate applications
  • Passive candidate attraction and head hunting
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Conduct all recruitment activity in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Maintain all vacancy data on the recruitment tracker and ATS
  • Arrange interviews and provide candidate feedback
  • Perform other duties as required by the Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruitment Resourcer
