Join us as a Junior Sous Chef at the legendary Royal Albert Hall!
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 café, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our brilliant kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a quality, high-volume fresh food operation, be it a luxury hotel or high-street café. You will be in charge of the café/ retail production such as delicious sandwiches, panini, salads and bowls during the morning, as well as the preparation for the afternoon tea canapés and sandwiches.
Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with a team of 4 chefs.
