Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join our innovative Human Resources Team at the Inspiration Trust.

The Recruitment Officer will be part of a central resource for Trust Wide recruitment, and this role will focus primarily on the recruitment of both teaching and support staff. This post is ideal for an individual interested in a career in recruitment and HR, who is looking for a varied role with professional development and the support of a talented team. The successful postholder will learn and undertake all aspects of recruitment administration from advert to appointment, and will work closely with each academy.

The Inspiration Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, committed to delivering the very best educational experience for the young people of Norfolk and Suffolk, across our 14 schools. We are ambitious for our schools and communities and want to create Britain’s highest performing federation of 3-19 schools and transform education in the East. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, is able to apply initiative, work both independently and collaboratively and is willing to learn throughout their experience with the Inspiration Trust. The successful candidate will also ideally have experience in working with iTrent.
