RedEye is looking for a bright and motivated individual to join the campaign delivery team as an Apprentice Marketing Operations Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is perfect for someone who wishes to eventually specialise in the dynamic and rapidly expanding area of multi-channel marketing.


As a marketing technology business, we’ve developed our own sophisticated software to provide Marketing Automation and Web personalisation.

You will be responsible for targeting, segmentation, deployment, list management, tracking and peer review. An interest in marketing and the internet is essential to this role as the fast-paced email industry demands a hunger for best practice expertise at all times.

 The Client Services team is responsible for managing and delivering against a client's expectations.

Duties:

  • Have day to day contact with key client contacts across the UK and Europe.
  • Learning more about HTML to Develop client emails that adhere to industry best practice.
  • Understanding, troubleshooting and resolve support queries with the assistance of other team members.
  • Working closely with other internal teams like; the Account Management team to accurate quote clients for specific work
