12-month Fixed Term Contract

 

Location: Milton Keynes (flexibility for some work from home) 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Up to £26,625 per annum (Subject to experience)

Milton Keynes College Group is currently looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our experienced and friendly People Services team. You’ll be comfortable with digital systems, process driven and able to work at pace. You will be a people person, experienced at dealing with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to communicate effectively. We can offer an inclusive and supportive culture where you’ll have the opportunity to hone your skills and play to your strengths.

You will be responsible for managing the administration and compliance of the recruitment and onboarding processes for vacancies across the whole organisation, so attention to detail and being able to negotiate ever changing priorities are vital. We recruit for a variety of positions across our 2 Milton Keynes based college campuses, as well as 30 prisons across England where we are the education provider. You will be engaging with a wide variety of potential candidates – promoting MKCG as an employer of choice, building positive relationships and generating a talent pipeline for the organisation. 

Providing an excellent level of service, you’ll work closely with the wider people services team and play a key role in ensuring staffing requirements are met and that candidates enjoy a positive journey with us from the start.
