The Contact Centre is the central point of contact for visitors wishing to communicate with the V&A, providing first-class service to V&A Members and staff as well as the public. An established team, we are flexible, proactive and ultimately focused on providing our customers with the best service we can. We have visibility of everything from tickets to retail, acting as a one-stop shop for information and solutions.
Main Purpose of Job:
Over the next year, we’re planning an ambitious expansion programme as we add new sites and new services. We’re recruiting a Senior Contact Centre Manager to provide support to the expanded Management team during this period of change. You’ll act as an ambassador for the Contact Centre with colleagues across the V&A, building relationships with key contacts and bringing projects to fruition. Along with supporting the Contact Centre Team Manager, who line manages customer service advisors, you’ll be managing an experienced team of Supervisors and helping them champion the visitor journey. We’re looking for an experienced people manager who is familiar with the Arts and Heritage sector.
