Job Title: Global IT Coordinator & Project Support Location: Global – Home or Hub-based Annual Salary: Competitive Contract: Fixed term (6 months – with potential for a permanent role) Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
United Bible Societies (UBS) is a global organisation. We serve 150 Bible Societies working in more than 200 countries and territories. We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual who is able to manage and develop our Global Mission Team’s IT requirements, and in particular to support the implementation of a new Human Resources Management system.
The Global IT Coordinator & Project Support will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will support colleagues all over the world to ensure that their hardware and software requirements are met, as well as working with the Learning & Development Manager to identify and address training needs. They will manage elements of the IT budget, and develop IT policies, standards and working practices for the Global Mission Team.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in providing IT services to a variety of clients, implementing new systems, and keeping the organisation at the cutting-edge of IT innovations. If successful, you will be joining a dynamic organisation and working on interesting and challenging global projects.
